こんにちは。今季も毎回人気のカットソー、OLDE HOMESTEADERから入荷致しました。
クルーネックとヘンリーネックの2種類で展開しています。特にヘンリーネックはシャンブレーシャツやＧジャン等のインナーに購入される方が多いです。
リサイクルコットン(超長綿のスーピマコットンの規格に満たない繊維長の短い綿)で仕上げた 編地は、適度なコシと柔らかさがあり、肌触りもなめらかです。
さらに、ネックや脇のパターン、シルエットのバランスも秀逸です。着ていくことで体に馴染んでいく極上の風合いと着心地の良さに、アンダーシャツの本質を感じる1枚です。
このリサイクルコットンを使用することで、紡いだ糸に自然なムラが生まれ、着用と洗濯を繰り返すうちに表面に凹凸ができ、着心地も増していく、育てるカットソ―です。
脇下にもガゼットを配し、着用時のストレスを最小限にする細かな気遣いも着心地を良くするポイントです。
Made from recycled cotton (short-staple cotton that doesn’t meet the standards for extra-long staple Supima cotton), this knitted fabric has just the right amount of firmness and softness, and feels smooth against the skin.
Furthermore, the neck and side patterns, as well as the silhouette, are exceptionally well-balanced. This is a garment that truly embodies the essence of an undershirt, with its exquisite texture and comfort that molds to your body with wear.
By using this recycled cotton, natural irregularities are created in the spun yarn, and as you wear and wash it repeatedly, the surface develops a textured surface, increasing its comfort – it’s a cut-and-sew garment that “grows” with you.
The inclusion of gussets under the arms is another thoughtful detail that minimizes stress during wear, further enhancing comfort.

クラシックなネックデザインが個人的には大好きなブランドの一つであり、ガンガン着用しても縒れにくい縫製力が魅力！！
This brand is one of my personal favorites because of its classic neck design, and I really appreciate the stitching that resists twisting even with heavy wear!
負荷がかかる部分はこのような強度を増すためのガゼットが付いています。デザイナーの思いがつまった1枚になっています。

ヨーロッパを中心に長い間使われてきたインターロックの編地。
インターロックはその名の通りリブ編みが二重に重なった両面編みで表裏どちらも同じ表情をしているのが特徴です。
イギリス軍やスイス軍で採用されていた耐久性の高さ、そして滑らかな肌触りが最大の魅力だったのですが、大量生産の時代により手間とコストがかかるインターロックは次第に生産されなくなりました。
そんな中、当時のヴィンテージを忠実に再現した今回の1着。
ヨレやすい首元は二重にし、袖口や裾はリブ編み。
ボタンには猫目のシェルボタンが使われ、前立ての布帛は高密度に打ち込まれた生地が採用されております。
脇下にはガゼットが付き、脇下の動きをスムーズにし、ストレスなく着用していただける大事なポイントです。
Tシャツなどでは無い裾部分に付く裾リブ。
こちらも非常に古いアンダーウエアやヘンリーネックに極まれに存在するディテールです。
使用しているスムース生地は非常に肌触りも良く、着用を繰り返すごとに生地がふっくらしていき、着心地も増していきます。
一点ずつ専用ボックスに入っております。ボックス自体もクラシックな雰囲気です。
肩から落ちるラインやリブを含め、着用すると5分袖程の長さに見える袖丈。
一見シンプルですが、着てみるとわかるこだわりの詰まった一着です。

Interlock knit fabric, long used primarily in Europe.
As the name suggests, interlock knit is a double-layered rib knit, characterized by its identical appearance on both sides.
Its greatest appeal was its high durability, which led to its adoption by the British and Swiss armies, and its smooth feel. However, with the advent of mass production, the time-consuming and costly production of interlock knit gradually declined.
This garment faithfully reproduces a vintage piece from that era.
The neckline, prone to stretching, is double-layered, and the cuffs and hem are ribbed.
The buttons are cat-eye shell buttons, and the placket fabric is made of a high-density woven material.
A gusset is added under the arms, allowing for smooth movement and ensuring comfortable wear.
The hem features a ribbed cuff, a detail rarely found on T-shirts.
This detail is extremely rare and can only be found on very old underwear and Henley neck garments.
The smooth fabric used is incredibly soft to the touch, and becomes even more comfortable with repeated wear as it softens and becomes fluffier.
Each item comes in its own dedicated box, which itself has a classic feel.
The sleeve length, including the lines that fall from the shoulders and the ribbing, appears to be about three-quarter length when worn.
While seemingly simple, this garment is packed with thoughtful details that become apparent when you wear it.
