A.PRESSE(ア プレッセ)/ 1st Type Denim Jacket -ONE WASH-
50’s後半頃の501XXをベースにし、シルエットは大きく変えず、股上を僅かに深くして、尻ぐりのくい込みを軽減させることで、バックスタイルを調整した。
BIGINCHのデニムで稀に見られる、バックポケットが脇側に離れているバランスを活かし、完成されたデザインの中に遊びを入れている。
生地は50’s後半から60’s前半頃の501XXの糸使いを再現してしっかりと打ち込んだ13ozの赤耳付きセルヴィッジインディゴデニムを使用。
Based on the 501XX from the late 1950s, the silhouette remains largely unchanged, but the rise has been slightly deepened to reduce the tightness around the seat, adjusting the back style.
Taking advantage of the rare balance seen in BIGINCH denim, where the back pockets are positioned further to the sides, a playful touch is added to the otherwise complete design.
The fabric used is a 13oz selvedge indigo denim with red selvedge, tightly woven to reproduce the yarn usage of 501XX from the late 1950s to early 1960s.

【素材】生地は13.5ozの大戦モデルを解析したキバタデニム。
古着から糸を解き、弱強撚ネップ糸、綿葉カス入りで紡績している。
ムラ形状は綿の配合と機械の設定による自然な機械ムラを再現し、緯糸は分析の結果、経糸との回転数や形状を変えている。
綿自体の色目は現在は品種改良によって白度が高い物が生産されているが、当時の茶綿に近いクリーミーな色を再現するよう米綿(E.M.O.T「イースタン、メンフィス、ニューオーリンズ、テキサス」)を配合している。
硫化などの混ぜ物はないレギュラーよりも濃いインディゴ色を再現している。
【附属】オリジナルタックボタン
【デザイン】ベルトループの太さや位置、リベットの箇所など、大戦モデルを踏襲しアレンジした。
【加工】ヴィンテージではほぼお目にかかれない、ミントコンディションのワンウォッシュをイメージした洗い仕上げ。
【Material】The fabric is 13.5oz raw denim based on an analysis of wartime models.
The yarn is unraveled from vintage clothing and spun using a weak-strong twist nep yarn with cotton leaf husks.
The uneven texture replicates the natural machine irregularities caused by the cotton blend and machine settings. The weft yarn’s rotation speed and shape are altered from the warp yarn based on analysis.
While modern cotton varieties are whiter due to selective breeding, American cotton (E.M.O.T. “Eastern, Memphis, New Orleans, Texas”) is blended to reproduce a creamy color close to the brown cotton of that era.
It reproduces a darker indigo color than regular denim, without any sulfur-based additives.

【デザイン】大戦モデルを踏襲しアレンジした。
後身頃のシンチバックを排除することでデザインを洗練させた。
シルエットは原型よりゆとりを持たせ、肩はナチュラルショルダーにしている。
【素材】フィンランド産の赤鹿。
フィンランド国内の鹿革専門のタンナ―で一貫して生産を行い、染めた後に表面にコーティング加工を施した。
【加工】表面が剥げた経年変化を、職人の手作業で1点1点、再現した。
【Design】Based on and adapted from the wartime model.
The design has been refined by eliminating the cinch back on the back.
The silhouette is more relaxed than the original, and the shoulders are natural shoulders.
【Material】Finnish red deer leather.
Produced entirely by a Finnish deerskin tannery, the leather is dyed and then coated.
【Processing】The aged look of peeling leather is reproduced by hand by skilled craftsmen, one piece at a time.
