毎回、他のブランドにはないデザインパターン変更のセンスが光るブランドです！
ISSUETHINGS(イシューシングス)/ TYPE105(cotton) -BLUE-
古着屋で発見した4XLのネルシャツから抜き取ったパターンで制作したコットンシャツです。
日本人の体には全く合わない4XL。
首周りは広がりすぎ、胸のポケットもおかしな位置、脇の下に無駄に生地が溜まります。
しかし私はあえてこの欠点だらけのシャツをサンプリング元に選びました。
仰々しく言えば、古着屋で1,900円の値札をつけられて打ち捨てられた4XLシャツをデザインを通して救済した様な気分です。
This cotton shirt was made using a pattern extracted from a 4XL flannel shirt I found in a vintage clothing store.
4XL is a size that doesn’t fit the Japanese body at all.
The neckline is too wide, the chest pocket is in an odd position, and there’s a lot of excess fabric under the arms.
However, I deliberately chose this flawed shirt as the source material.
To put it dramatically, I feel like I’ve rescued a 4XL shirt that was discarded in a vintage clothing store with a 1,900 yen price tag through design.
至って普通のデザインでシンプルなワークシャツがベースですが、ブロード生地感から生まれるドレープ感はシャンブレーやダンガリー生地にはない魅力がつまったワークシャツになります。
また着丈をやや短めに設定している為、男女兼用のユニセックスになります。
While it’s based on a very ordinary and simple work shirt design, the drape created by the broadcloth fabric gives it a unique charm that chambray and denim fabrics lack.
Furthermore, the slightly shorter length makes it a unisex shirt suitable for both men and women.
